Cleaning Paste
A safe, effective power-cleaning paste can be made by mixing one cup of baking soda with two to three tablespoons of dish soap and just enough water to form a thick, toothpaste-like consistency; you can also add a few drops of lemon or tea tree essential oil for fragrance and mild antimicrobial benefits. This paste works well on sinks, stovetops, tiles, tubs, and even cookware—simply apply it to the surface, let it sit for five to ten minutes for tough grime, scrub gently, and rinse clean.
